Competent person
By law, organisations must appoint a “competent person” in health and safety, to advise the organisation and their management. Usually an in house senior manager is nominated as competent person. We support that person in their role, and provide training if desired. However If you need, we can be your competent person, either as an interim, or a more permanent contract.
If you nominate us as your competent person, we essentially act as an in house safety advisor, for a fraction of the cost.
